Microsoft Outlook Express
To set up your email account using Microsoft Outlook Express, follow these steps:

	Open Outlook Express and select Tools at the top of the screen, then click on Internet Accounts.
	Next, select the Mail Tab. Click Add and choose Mail from the drop down menu.

Follow the on-screen prompts in the Internet Connection Wizard, entering your name and email address when prompted.

	At the Email Server Names window, select POP3 from the drop down menu to complete the sentence "My incoming mail server is a _____ server."
	Enter pop.gsinet.net for incoming mail server, and enter smtp.gsinet.net for outgoing mail server, then click Next.

	Type in the username and password you want for your email account and select Next.
	If you want to enter a password each time you access your email account, then deselect Remember Password box.

The next screen will prompt you to finish the setup. Choose Finish to save your settings and begin using Microsoft Outlook Express.

Vista Windows Mail
To set up your email account using Vista Window's Mail, follow these steps:

	Select the Start button in the left-hand corner of your taskbar.
	Select All Programs.
	Select Windows Mail.
	Click the Tools Menu and select Accounts.
	Click the Add button.

Select Email Account and click Next.

	Enter your name in the Display Name field. This is the name that your email recipients will see in the From field of your email messages.
	Click Next.

Enter an Email Address and click Next.

	At the Setup Email Servers menu, select POP3 from the drop down menu under "Incoming email server type:"
	Enter pop.gsinet.net in the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server field.
	Enter smtp.gsinet.net in the Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name field.
	Click Next.

	Enter your user name in the E-mail username field. You must enter the username you chose when you signed up for Internet service.
	Enter your password in the Password field. You must enter the password you chose when you signed up for Internet service.
	Click Next.

	At the Congratulations menu you will receive confirmation that your account has been set up successfully.
	Click Finish to save your settings and begin using Vista Windows Mail.
